WHAT YOU CAN SELL Toys, books, baby equipment, girls/boys clothing (size newborn-20). Only quality clothing and equipment will be accepted. Non-clothing items must be up-to-date, intact, no missing pieces and in EXCELLENT condition. Clothing with stains, tears, missing buttons, or smelling of smoke will not be accepted. No maternity clothes, please.
HOW MUCH CAN YOU SELL
All sellers receive 100 tags
Sellers volunteering one 3-hour shift receive an additional 50 tags for a total of 150
Sellers volunteering for two 3-hour shifts will receive a total of 300 tags (one shift can be from another family member within the same household)
Sellers volunteering for four or more 3-hour shifts will receive an unlimited amount of tags (only one shift can be from another family member within the same household)
If one shift is from another family member within the same household please have them register on www.myconsignmentmanager.com/bearvalleymopssale as a volunteer only and sign up for a shift. Then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the volunteer and the seller’s name so the seller will get credit for their hours.

DROP OFF/RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS Drop Off and Receiving Times are Tuesday March 13th from 2pm-8pm and Wednesday March 14th from 8am-2pm in the basement of Bear Valley Church. Drop off:
There are two places you will need to have your items received. Clothing will be at one entrance to the gym and toys will be at the other. Please follow the signs for the appropriate location.
You are only allowed to drop off your items without them being checked if you have donated ALL items when typing out your tags. If you are doing this you do not have to stand in the line - please follow the signs for MOPS Drop Sellers.

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS All unsold items and checks will be available for pick up in the Bear Valley Gym on Monday, March 19th between 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. If you fail to pick up your items and check, the money will be considered a donation to Bear Valley MOPS and the items will be donated to a local charity.
VOLUNTEER POSITIONS Volunteer positions are available before, during and after the sale. Volunteers are able to shop early on Thursday based on the number of hours worked.
If you sign up for one (3 hours) to three shifts (9 hours total) you are eligible to shop the Silver presale on Thursday, March 15th at 6:30pm. If you sign up for four or more shifts (12+ hours) you are eligible to shop the Gold presale on Thursday, March 16th at 5:30pm. (Please note one shift must be during sale-day hours on Friday or Saturday!)
NO CHILDREN WILL BE ALLOWED DURING THE PRESALE EARLY SHOPPING However: Minors (age 9+) who wish to volunteer during the sale may do so. Minors ages 9-13 will need to be supervised by a parent/guardian during the same shift on NON-SALE days. Minors (age 14+) are welcome to volunteer unsupervised. Minors (age 16+) are allowed to volunteer in the checkout room. Minors under the age of 16 are not allowed in the checkout room during any shift during the MOPS Sale.
